Help with BigRoad truck routing and navigation

Getting started

• Open BigRoad and tap Find truck route — routing works without an account while subscriptions are being set up.
• Use Account → Sign in with Apple to access your BigRoad account.
• Set your truck height, weight, and length under Your truck.
• Enter pickup and destination, then tap Find truck route.
• Use the map Layers button (stack icon, top-right of the map) for truck roads, weigh stations, and downloads.

Subscription & billing

BigRoad offers a free trial, then a paid subscription for truck routing and navigation. Subscriptions purchased through the iPhone app are managed by Apple:

• iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Use Account → Restore Purchases in the iPhone app to restore an Apple subscription. Use the same Apple Account to sign in on the website.
• For billing questions, include your BigRoad account email and the approximate charge date. Never send passwords or payment card details.

Common issues

• Location not working. BigRoad needs location permission and HTTPS. On iPhone, check Settings → BigRoad → Location.
• Route blocked / sign in required. Sign in to start your trial. After the trial, an active subscription is required.
• Apple Sign In. Use the Account button → Sign in with Apple. If sign-in fails in the installed app, try opening bigroad.app in Safari.
• Map not loading. Check your connection and hard-refresh the page (Cmd+Shift+R or Ctrl+Shift+R).

Privacy

To delete your account, open Account → Delete account. Review the subscription reminder and confirm deletion. Apple users verify the same Apple Account. Cancel any Apple subscription separately in Apple Account settings.
